Our pricing estimate is based on fixed volume ranges and does not include other solutions that can be added, such as Medius Pay, Supplier Onboarding, Fraud and Risk Detection, Procurement, Sourcing, Expense Management and Contract Management - all of which can be included in a subscription package at additional cost.
There are users and then there are power users.
All have access with the pricing packages.
Employee User
Employee users are granted access to workflow automations for review, coding, and approvals along with the ability to create requests and submit invoices for payment. They have limited system access and reporting capabilities.
Standard User
Standard users are operators of the full platform, reviewing, editing, and processing transactions along with vendor management. Access includes standard reporting, user preferences and assignment to specific roles and permissions.
Power User
Power users are advanced users or administrators of the full platform with up to full access depending on role and permission assignments. Access to advanced reporting and analytics, configuration, workflow definitions, catalog management, and other administrative features also granted to power users.
