Innovation Awards

Medius plays an important role in streamlining processes and improving business for our customers. With the Customer Innovation Awards, we are proud to recognize the success of those who have improved company performance and achieved personal growth as a result of implementing Medius solutions.

We invite you to enter in one or more categories. Please submit nominations by midnight October 31, 2024. Awards will be announced week of December 2, 2024 by email.

One representative from each winning company is invited to attend the Medius Engage Customer Event. Travel, accommodations, and entry will be provided courtesy of Medius. Location and date to be announced.

By submitting a nomination form, your company agrees to provide a Case Study, video interview, and testimonial to be published on medius.com and social media channels and to serve as a Reference.

Award Categories

Medius Autonomous Processing – Operational Efficiency Award

This award recognizes a customer who has significantly improved their operational efficiency by leveraging Medius’ straight through processing capabilities. The recipient of this award has successfully automated their invoice management process, reducing manual intervention and achieving a high percentage of touchless invoice processing. This has resulted in faster invoice approval times, improved accuracy and cost savings, demonstrating excellence in operational efficiency.

Medius (AI) Innovation Award

This award recognizes a customer who has innovatively used Medius solutions in their spend management process. They are in the forefront of utilizing AI and traditional technology to automate invoice processing and/or expense management, enhance supplier management, or optimize procurement. They support adoption of innovative strategies, solutions and technologies in their department and organization. Their unique application of the technology demonstrates efficiency and strategic decision making.

Medius Spend Excellence Award (Suite)

A customer who has effectively utilized the Medius suite beyond a single solution to optimize their overall spend. The recipient of this award has leveraged Medius for accounts payable, expense management, procurement, contract management, supplier relationship management, and more. They have demonstrated excellence and improvement in spend management, achieving significant cost savings, improving supplier relationships, and enhancing visibility and control across the organization.

Medius Evangelism Award

This award recognizes a customer who has gone above and beyond in advocating for Medius. The recipient of this award has served as a spokesperson for the brand, sharing their positive experiences and success stories publicly. They have participated in webinars, served as a reference for potential customers, and/or contributed to customer stories that highlight the benefits of Medius' solutions. Their efforts have not only promoted Medius but also provided valuable insights to prospective customers.

Medius Combating Fraud and Risk Award

This award is given to a customer who has effectively utilized various means to identify and prevent (or mitigate) fraud and manage risk within their organization. The recipient of this award has demonstrated a proactive approach to risk management by leveraging features within Medius solutions as well as other methods to identify potential fraud, ensure compliance, and manage supplier risk. These efforts have resulted in a more secure business environment, with safeguards to protect against potential losses.
